Registration for DigiTwin 2027 is now open. We cordially invite scholars, engineers, and industry professionals from around the world to participate and look forward to welcoming you to Barcelona.

I. Registration Categories and Fees

Registration fees are payable in either EUR or CNY. The applicable fee is determined by the registration date.

• Registration fees include conference attendance, conference materials, and two lunches and two dinners included in the official conference programme. Transportation and accommodation are not included.

II. IDEA Membership Discount

Participants are encouraged to join the International Digital Engineering Association (IDEA). IDEA membership is currently free of charge and entitles members to discounted conference registration fees.

• IDEA membership registration is fully integrated into the conference registration process.
• No separate membership application is required.
• Participants may complete membership registration during the conference registration process.

III. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation requests received on or before 31 May 2027 are eligible for a refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after 31 May 2027.
• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Bank transaction charges and administrative fees are non-refundable.

IV. Important Notes

• At least one author of each accepted presentation must complete registration by 31 May 2027 for the presentation to be included in the final conference programme.
