Registration for DigiTwin 2026 is now open.
We cordially invite scholars, engineers, and industry professionals from around the world to participate and look forward to welcoming you to Oxford.

I. Registration Categories and Fees

Registration fees are determined by category and date of payment.

•Registration fees include access to all technical sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks, and official conference activities unless otherwise specified.

•Accommodation and additional meal expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the participant.

•Online participation is free until 3 July. A €100 fee applies for registrations completed from 4 July onward.

II. IDEA Membership Discount

Participants are encouraged to join the International Digital Engineering Association (IDEA). IDEA membership is currently free of charge and entitles members to discounted conference registration fees.

•IDEA membership registration is fully integrated into the conference registration process.

•No separate membership application is required.

•Participants may complete membership registration when submitting their conference registration.

III. Registration Procedure

To complete registration, please follow the steps below:

1.Select the appropriate registration category.

2.Complete payment using one of the approved methods listed below.

3.Save proof of payment (transaction receipt or screenshot).

4.Proceed to the Registration Platform to complete the registration form and upload proof of payment.

Registration will be confirmed upon verification of payment.

V. Important Notes

•At least one author of each accepted paper must complete full registration for the paper to be included in the final conference program and proceedings.

•Registration fees are refundable only if a written cancellation request is received on or before 31 May (Early Bird deadline).

•No refunds will be issued after 31 May.

•Approved refunds will be processed within 30 working days. Any bank transaction charges are non-refundable.
