Ⅱ. Application Process for Conference Presentations


No paper submission is required for basic participation—simply register to attend.

Requires material submission and review for invitation to present

1. Presentation Proposal Submission

Contents: Presentation title, abstract, and curriculum vitae (CV).

Submission Method: Send materials to the conference secretariat email with the subject line formatted as: [Your Last Name] - DigiTwin 2026 Presentation (e.g., Smith - DigiTwin 2026 Presentation).

2. Peer Review & Presentation Format

Abstracts will be evaluated by experts to determine the presentation type:

Oral Presentation: 20 minutes (including 5 minutes for Q&A).

Poster Presentation: Requires creation using the template ( Download Link ).

Successful reviewers must complete registration to confirm participation.

3. Key Guidelines for Presenters

Abstract-only. Full papers are not required for presentation applications.

All presentations must be delivered in English.
