We invite submissions of posters for presentation at DigiTwin 2026. Poster sessions provide an opportunity to present research visually and engage directly with conference participants.

All accepted posters will be eligible for consideration for the DigiTwin 2026 Best Poster Award.

Notification: Decisions will be communicated within one week of submission.

Registration & Payment Deadline: 30 June 2026

Presentation Fee: €100  The fee includes professional poster printing arranged by the conference.

Poster Specifications

• Portrait orientation
• A0 size (841 mm × 1189 mm)
• Final submission must be a print-ready PDF file

To ensure consistent display quality, the conference provides centralized printing services. Participants are not required to bring printed posters.

At least one author of each accepted poster must register for the conference and attend the assigned poster session in person.

Submission Process

Please submit your poster abstract by email to secretariat@idea-global.net.

The subject line should include your last name and “DigiTwin 2026 Poster Submission”.

Failure to complete registration, payment, or final file submission by 30 June 2026 will be considered a withdrawal from the programme.
