Call for Posters
We invite submissions of posters for presentation at DigiTwin 2026. This is a key opportunity to present your research visually and discuss it directly with conference attendees. All posters presented at the conference will be eligible for consideration for the DigiTwin 2026 Best Poster Award.

Presentation Fee: The standard fee is € 100,00. This fee includes professional printing by the conference organizers.

Q: How do I submit a poster, and what is the deadline?
A: Please email your poster abstract to secretariat@idea-global.net. The submission deadline is June 15, 2026. You will receive an acceptance decision via email within one week of your submission.
Q: What are the deadlines for payment and final file submission?
A: Authors of all accepted posters must complete conference registration and pay the presentation fee by June 30, 2026. The final, print-ready PDF file is also due by this date. Failure to meet this deadline will be considered a withdrawal from the program.
Q: What are the poster specifications? Where can I find the template?
A4: Posters must be designed in portrait orientation for A0 size (841mm x 1189mm). Please download the official design template from the link located in the top section of this page.
Q: Do I need to print and bring my own poster?
A5: No. To ensure a consistent, high-quality display, the conference provides a unified printing service. You only need to submit your final PDF file by the deadline.
Q: Are there requirements for the on-site presenter?
A: At least one author per accepted poster must register for the conference and be present in person during the assigned session. This is required for the poster to be displayed and to be eligible for the Best Poster Award.
