While the conference will not publish standalone proceedings, authors are invited to submit their work to affiliated journals. Articles published by June 30, 2026, will be eligible for consideration for the DigiTwin 2026 Best Paper Award.

Detailed instructions regarding conference presentations and papers are as follows:

(1) Prior to submitting a paper to the journal, we recommend that you first submit an abstract to us. Papers accepted after the abstract review will undergo expedited review. Accepted papers will receive acceptance notices before the conference, and all accepted papers will be published as journal articles.

(2) If time permits, authors are encouraged to submit papers directly to the Digital Twin and Digital Engineering journals following the normal paper-processing procedures.
