The conference dinner will be held in the historic Dining Hall of Keble College – one of Oxford’s most celebrated Victorian halls. Guests are seated at long, fixed wooden benches surrounded by portraits of iconic figures from Keble’s past, creating an atmosphere of academic tradition and collegial fellowship.

The minstrels’ gallery, situated opposite the large original stone fireplace, provides an intimate setting for entertainment, while the in‑house speaker system ensures clear toasts and announcements. Lunch and dinner are served daily in the hall throughout the year, and for our conference it will be a memorable evening of fine dining and shared conversation.
